Birdies

I led the evolution of Birdies’ brand vision, strategy, and storytelling across all digital and print platforms—driving a creative overhaul that brought cohesion and elevation to every touchpoint. I oversaw the development of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives, working closely with the founders, Creative Director, and marketing team.

My role spanned digital design and optimization—including website, email, and e-commerce initiatives—as well as photoshoot pre- and post-production, image retouching, PDP coordination, social media execution, and retail print assets. I managed a multidisciplinary team of designers, photographers, and creatives to consistently deliver high-impact, brand-aligned work.

In collaboration with the Creative Director, I helped refine the brand’s visual identity and photo direction—driving creative innovation while maintaining consistency. I also focused on building efficient workflows, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, increasing platform engagement, and ultimately improving customer conversion.
